Today as I was reading Revelation chapter 2 & 3 I noticed something.

Think about the state of the church today and listen to the words in these chapters.

In the verses below we see God stating he knows the deed of the churches and reputation of being alive, but He see they are dead. He sees what He had for them to do and they didn't do it.

Then He says those who did what He asked will be dressed in white and will never be taken from the book of life and Jesus will acknowledge us before The Heavenly Father.

This was a warning to be doing His will and not get caught not doing those things. Let's be the church He intended us to be. Sharing the good news and loving our neighbors as ourselves and loving God above all else.

2:26. Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches

3:1b-3 1b I know your deeds; you have a reputation of being alive, but you are dead. 2Wake up! Strengthen what remains and is about to die, for I have found your deeds unfinished in the sight of my God. 3Remember, therefore, what you have received and heard; hold it fast, and repent. But if you do not wake up, I will come like a thief, and you will not know at what time I will come to you.

3:5-6 5 The one who is victorious will, like them, be dressed in white. I will never blot out the name of that person from the book of life, but will acknowledge that name before my Father and his angels. 6Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches.
